- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup almonds
- ½ cup marcona almonds
- ½ cup pistachios
- 1 cup pretzels
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 3 tbsp Truly Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
- 1 ½ tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Combine peanuts, almonds, marcona almonds, pistachios and pretzels in a large bowl.
- In a smaller bowl melt butter and honey in the microwave.
- Toss nut mixture with the honey and butter mixture.
- In a small bowl, add all the spices and mix well.
- Coat the trail mix in the spices then arrange it on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly then toss in cranberries.
