What’s important to you is important to us. Our delicious cheese and butter come from small, sustainable family farms where cows graze in open green pastures for most of the year, living their best lives. Truly Grass Fed is committed to making choices that matter to you and to your family, for the good of everyone and everything we impact. When you choose Truly Grass Fed, you can be assured you’re choosing products that adhere to the highest standards of nutrition, flavor and quality. Always non-GMO, growth hormone rBST-free* and antibiotic free.‡ That’s the Truly Grass Fed difference.
*From cows not treated with growth hormones. No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from growth-hormone-treated and non-growth-hormone-treated cows.
‡Cows treated with antibiotics are removed from the milk cycle until they test free of antibiotics.

Our Truly Grass Fed standard ensures high levels of milk quality and farming are maintained. Our farms and facilities blend natural factors with expert craftsmanship to deliver the best possible results. Truly Grass Fed dairy is always:
Every Truly Grass Fed farm has a unique barcode that enables us to track where every batch of milk comes from, making every single element fully traceable.
Our dairy is as close to nature as it gets with minimal inputs required to produce our delicious cheese and butter.
Safe and Pasteurized
In compliance with food safety regulations, all raw milk is pasteurized. And each farm’s milk is tested numerous times from pickup through processing to ensure it contains no impurities and meets the high standards of the Truly Grass Fed name.
We are constantly striving to do better, be better and achieve a sustainable milk supply with a minimal carbon footprint. That’s why we created our Truly Grass Fed Sustainable Program in which our farms are certified to the Sustainable Dairy Assurance Scheme (SDAS), which is part of Origin Green, Ireland’s national sustainability initiative.
Studies show that certain bioactive ingredients appear in higher concentrations in milk produced by grass-fed versus grain-fed cows*.
Conjugated Linoleic Acids (CLAs)
CLA naturally occurs in milk; however, milk derived from grass-fed cows has twice the level compared to grain fed.
Beta Carotene and Vitamin A
You can thank beta carotene for the rich golden hue often associated with products derived from grass-fed milk.
Omega Fatty Acids
Grass-fed milk has a more optimal ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids**. Milk from grass-fed systems has a higher proportion of omega-3 fatty acids and a lower ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids,** which is favorable when compared with milk from grain-fed systems
