Spicy Trail Mix


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup marcona almonds
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tbsp Truly Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Combine peanuts, almonds, marcona almonds, pistachios and pretzels in a large bowl.
  3. In a smaller bowl melt butter and honey in the microwave.
  4. Toss nut mixture with the honey and butter mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, add all the spices and mix well.
  6. Coat the trail mix in the spices then arrange it on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Let cool slightly then toss in cranberries.
  9. Serve!
