Cinnamon, Orange, and Hot Butter Rum



  • 2 oz. Dark Rum
  • 4 oz. Orange Juice
  • ½ cup and 1 tbsp Truly Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Orange Zest, ground
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon, ground
  • ½ tsp. Cloves, ground
  • ½ tsp. Ginger, ground
  • Dried Orange Slices to decorate


  1. Pour orange juice in a pot and bring to medium heat. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix butter with honey, orange zest and spices.
  3. Add the butter to the hot juice and mix until dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and add rum.
  5. Serve and garnish with dried orange slices.
