White Chocolate Fudge


Description

What a treat! Adults and children love them so much that the jar will be empty in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 18 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweet condensed milk 
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 tbsp Truly Grass Fed salted butter at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom and sides of a small baking pan with parchment paper (an 8” square or 7×9” rectangular). 
  2. Place chocolate in a bowl and melt it in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring once in a while. 
  3. Stir in the sweet condensed milk, salt, and butter, and mix until well combined and turns into a smooth and thick mixture. 
  4. Pour immediately into the prepared pan and spread to obtain an even layer. 
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 3 days. 
  6. With a chef knife, cut fudge into 32 pieces and serve.
