- 500g minced turkey
- salt and pepper
- 12 lettuce leaves
- Hand-cut aged Truly Grass Fed cheese slices.
- 2 vine tomatoes, sliced
- cranberry relish 12 x mini brioche buns
- Place the minced turkey in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
- Roll into 12 balls, flatten into mini burger shapes and fry until golden and cooked through.
- Toast cut side of the burger buns until golden.
- Place cheese slices on top of each burger and then grill until melted.
- Layer the burger, lettuce, tomato slices and relish.
- Serve right away.
