Cheddar and Chive Popcorn


  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp Truly Grass Fed Unsalted Butter, melted
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 2 cups finely grated Truly Grass Fed Aged Cheddar + more for topping
  • 1 tbsp chives, minced


  1. Pop popcorn as desired.
  2. In a large bowl toss popcorn with melted butter, salt, cheese and chives.
  3. Serve with extra cheese on top!
