- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tbsp Truly Grass Fed Unsalted Butter, melted
- Kosher salt, to taste
- 2 cups finely grated Truly Grass Fed Aged Cheddar + more for topping
- 1 tbsp chives, minced
- Pop popcorn as desired.
- In a large bowl toss popcorn with melted butter, salt, cheese and chives.
- Serve with extra cheese on top!
