Ingredients
- 6 Potatoes
- ¼ cup Flour
- 3 tbsp. Truly Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
- 3 tbsp. Scallion, chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- Herb butter:
- 3 tbsp. Truly Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp. Dried Herbs Mix (we used basil, oregano, rosemary and thyme)
Instructions
- Peel potatoes and grate them.
- Place them over a strainer or sieve and press to remove excess water.
- Place the potatoes in a bowl and add flour and salt and pepper. Mix carefully.
- In a small bowl, mix butter with dried herbs.
- In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tbsp. of the dried herbs butter, add the potatoes mix and cook at medium heat until golden – around 15 minutes -, flip them over and cook for 15 more minutes.
- Remove from heat, cut in triangles and serve with chopped scallion and extra herbs butter.
