Ingredients

  • 2 cups Lager Beer
  • 2 tbsp. Truly Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. To make the syrup, melt butter at medium heat and add brown sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream. Mix until dissolved and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes (or until it reaches a caramel texture).
  2. Add 2 tbsp. of syrup to the bottom of a jar and cover with beer.
  3. Top with whipped cream and more syrup.
