- 2 cups Lager Beer
- 2 tbsp. Truly Grass Fed Unsalted Butter
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Whipped Cream
- To make the syrup, melt butter at medium heat and add brown sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream. Mix until dissolved and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes (or until it reaches a caramel texture).
- Add 2 tbsp. of syrup to the bottom of a jar and cover with beer.
- Top with whipped cream and more syrup.
